What is your "Lowest Price Guarantee?"

We regularly explore our competitor's sites and prices to ensure our prices are the lowest online, and we guarantee it! Find another website charging less for an identical order of Mega Marbles™ brand merchandise and we will beat that site's price by at least 10%! If you are unsure of the brand being sold on the other site, just ask them.

If they say it's Mega Marbles™ brand, place your order with us, and we will refund you enough to beat their price by at least 10%! (Use the Special Instructions field during checkout, or Contact Us to tell us you are eligible for a payout under our guarantee.)

How can I get even cheaper prices?

THE MORE YOU SHOP, THE MORE YOU SAVE:
$200 - $299.99 = 5% off subtotal $1,000 - $2,499.99 = 25% off subtotal
$300 - $399.99 = 10% off subtotal $2,500 - $4,999.99 = 30% off subtotal
$400 - $499.99 = 15% off subtotal $5,000 - $9,999.99 = 35% off subtotal
$500 - $999.99 = 20% off subtotal $10,000+ = 40% off subtotal

Please note: Subtotals under $100 incur a $4.99 small order fee. Raise your subtotal to $100 to avoid this. The cost per unit (marble, flat, etc.) is always the same regardless of the package type. In other words, it is not cheaper to buy bulk bags instead of retail nets, so please order as much or as little as you need.

Why do you charge a small order fee?

Our products were once sold business-to-business only. When we tried selling direct to the public, we realized that the costs associated with filling an order were pretty much the same, regardless of order size. Our margins on small orders were not covering the cost of filling those orders, so we had to implement the small order fee in order to continue bringing our products to the general public. The fee is $4.99 on subtotals under $100 only.

Do you manufacture custom colors?

When it comes to shapes like hearts or leaves, you must order 2,000 pieces of each custom color you need. If you want marbles or flats, then the minimum order is 2 tons of the same color and size. The lead time will be 90-120 days depending on the factory's work load. If you need a custom color in these quantities, please Contact Us using our feedback form and you will receive a reply within 24-48 hours.

Do you have darker/brighter pink (or another color)?

Producing this color requires gold as an ingredient. Gold is very expensive and we'd have to charge a lot for the finished product - more than most people would pay. If you need pink (or any color we don't carry) for use in floral arrangements and vases, we recommend painting cheap transparent product with enamel spray paint. Product should be spread out and spray-painted so the side facing up is coated. Allow to dry, then flip all pieces over, and spray the other side. We have made this suggestion to party planners who were very happy with the result.

Is your glass heat-resistant/fusible?

The formula for our pure, base colors is the same as Bulls Eye Glass (COE=90), and it will fuse with it. Products containing a mix of color (for example, many of our decorative flats and toy marbles) will have different COA’s ranging from 80 to over 100. We are unable to say what the COA would be for products like this - it will vary from piece to piece because there are different percentages of each color in each piece.

Our glass is recycled "soft glass" AKA soda-lime glass or silica lime glass. The majority of bottles, light bulbs, and windows are made from this formula. Although each color melts at different temperatures, an average temperature of 1,112 degrees Fahrenheit is considered the "soft point," or the point at which our glass will start to melt. Please be aware, our glass is likely to shatter at lower temperatures because of bubbles in the glass. Those air pockets will explode when the heated air tries to expand. Our products are not "hard glass" or borosilicate glass (the glass used for cooking utensils, "Corning Ware" for example.)

Do you have a catolog?

At this time, we are Internet-only and do not have a print catalog, although we certainly encourage you to print pages of interest and share them with friends. (If you find the right side of your hard copies are cut off, choose "Printer Preferences" before clicking OK to send the job to the printer, and select the "landscape" print format (as opposed to "Portrait" format).) If we do produce a catalog one day, we will likely send it to all previous customers.

What does iridescent mean?

Iridescence is the color effect on a surface that shows a lustrous, rainbow sort of brilliance. Examples of iridescence include a soap bubble or oil on water. This is most visible on iridescent products as the viewing angle changes, resulting in a play of colors on the surface. As such, it can be difficult to discern in our still photographs. When considering iridescent product, it is also important to note that the spray will obscure the color of the glass underneath, particularly with dark colors. When iridescent product arrives, it may be labeled "Diamond Crystal" or "DC" - this is not a mistake, we also call iridescent "Diamond Crystal."

Why is the color I received different from that shown for sale?

Actual colors received may vary from what is pictured due to dye-lot differences and/or your monitor configuration. Our terms of sale note that if color is critical to your project, please contact us and ask before buying - we will not replace product because you are unhappy with the color received.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

We don't, but this works for many organizations that use Purchase Orders: Place the order and select "check by mail" as the payment method. Submit the order confirmation to your organization for approval and as soon as we receive your organization's check we will get your product right out. Others choose to use a personal credit card and get reimbursed by their organization later.

Are your products from China? Are they dangerous to children, adults, plants or animals?

Our glass products are all made in Mexico. Unlike many toys originating from China in 2007, they will not leach lead or any other chemical, toxic or otherwise, and are absolutely safe to use in any application, including those involving children, adults plants and animals (such as aquarium or terrarium substrate.)
